Gave 2 key cards to everyone and they didn't make you leave them at the desk when you left. Enough showers for everyone.

The bathrooms where really clean, and the breakfast ok. Long walk to city centre though.

I found the staff particularly friendly and helpful, which was very nice. Breakfast was good, but I only could sleep three hours since some people were laughing, singing and playing the guitar in the corridors! It was really too noisy that is why I wouldn't recommend it unless you don't need to sleep.

The free breakfast was really good. Good selection of food, different cereals, toast and jams, orange juice, hot drinks. My room had a locker in for which I could use a padlock with to keep my things in. There were plenty of showers and toilets, and they were clean, much better than some other hostels. The staff were friendly and professional. The room with the tv had nice comfortable sofas to relax on. The security card worked for the length of my stay, whereas at some other hostels you have to keep getting it re-activated which can be a hassle.
