Amanda SmithSpotlessly clean! Nice people . But a very quiet hostel, if you are looking for a lively hostel then look in temple bar area. However if you are staying in Dublin for a while and want a safe, clean, secure place then this is the one to go to. |

Customer reviewCiti hostel was clean, and basic, but had everything you need for a city break. Easy walking distance from temple bar and grafton street, ideal. |

Richard WardVery clean. Lockers are available for €5 deposit. Near to a bus route to the airport. 10 minute walk to centre of Dublin. Staff willing to help and advise you with directions etc, and I felt they were interested in the quality of our stay. TV room available, but there was also a TV in the room. In particular, check-out time is 11am, and our flight was in the evening. They offer to secure your property in a storage room, after you've checked out, so that you don't have to carry your bags round town wiith you, which is a very good service for our convenience. Only low point was the room when we arrived. The room (4 beds) was currecntly occupied by two people, and we had booked the other two beds in that room. The two people already there had used all 4 beds, without telling the hostel staff. So on first arrival we weren't very happy, but it was sorted about 30 mins later and the beds had new linen etc. Overall, very pleased with the hostel and would recommend it. I will use it again for my next trip to Dublin. |

Customer reviewFriendly helpful staff. Unfortunately there was a 'problem' with the room we had booked (a double/twin private) but they gave us a 4-single room by ourselves. Also, on the main road somewhat noisy as next door to a late-night food place. Otherwise clean and friendly. |

Customer reviewThe staff were lovely and really helpful. All the rooms were ensuite which was nice and there was a kitchen so you could cook your own food. There were also TV's in every room! |

Customer reviewThe staff was always there and pretty helpful, it was kind of clean and quiet (but maybe that was because of the off-season). |
