Elizabeth Brailsfordit was located right in the middle of the centre, was clean and always have staff on hand. The downside to our stay was having a noisy group although the staff were very helpful and offered us alternative rooms. The majority of the staff were very helpful, although get a little defensive when making any criticisms or suggestions i.e. our room was a little cold and we asked about the heating to be greeted with 'no-one else has complained'. The upside was the people who stay there are very keen to make friends so great for a solo traveller! Overall would recommend the abbey and would stay again! |

jonathon hoadi stayed here had a nice stay till the last night when i waited out side for 15min in the rain for some stupid pimbo wench who worked at night reception had a moment to her self. when she came back i got nothing but attitude and was treated like a dumb tourist. THIS RUINED MY WHOLE STAY IN DUBLIN. may be this hostel could take a bit more care in who they employ. danielle the receptionist needs to have a huge atitude adjustment if she wishes to work in the tourism industry i will never stay here again as long as i recieve this kind of treatment |
