Liked: Nice staff and excellent location. Room was clean and confortable.

Disliked: Bathroom really needs some work done, urgently. No towels and no daily cleanning.

Liked: The breakfast was good for what you pay.

Disliked: It was so noisy! The walls and floors were so thin and hollow that you could hear everything going on around you which made it very hard to sleep and was a constant annoyance.

Liked: great little guesthouse WITH breakfast to your door, nice location, only a ten to fifteen minute walk from most attractions!

Disliked: very few shower facilities, but always kept clean and never had a problem with having to wait to take a bath.

Liked: Fantastic location, friendly and welcoming staff, interesting quotes on the walls, very big and comfortable beds, single rooms of decent size. Some problems with my reservation which occured were solved immediately.

Disliked: Well, there are some problems with the water pressure in the sinks and in the bathrooms as well.

Liked: Very friendly staff. 2 min from shopping street away. 5 min to temple bar street. reasonably quiet in night, because ti pups nearby.

Liked: I rented a single room over the weekend. Clean place, clean room, clean bathroom/toilets. Location is excellent, it's very near O'Connell Street and in city centre. It is also near the tourist centre and all Dublin City buses stop at O'Connell.Internet is only accessible on staff's single PC. Did not experience breakfast in bed because I left early each morning and had mine in the kitchen/dining. Price is ok for single, if you're looking for more socialising and shared dorms I believe there are better ones. This one lacks a chill out common room if you know what I mean. No ensuite bathrooms available.In summary, excellent location, decent price, well maintained. Would recommmend for people who prefer privacy and less people per room.
