Liked: I loved the common/lounge/kitchen area. It was great for meeting people and I made a ton of friends. I also liked that this area was open 24 hours a day (except the kitchen was closed at night), so we were able to hang out downstairs whenever we wanted, and someone was always at the desk to help with any questions. The staff was especially nice and friendly...I think Eric and Harry and this crazy Czech guy ;) heard all of my stories when they had the night shift.
Disliked: I disliked the couches in the lounge area...they just need some cushions or something to make them more comfortable. I also disliked the beds and bedspreads provided. They were clean, but not very comfortable. Also, the hostel could be cleaner. It wasn't gross or anything, but I've definitely seen cleaner.

Liked: the place was clean, great location, pretty good breakfast, the staff was very nice and helpful, the environment was great. i would definitely go back there!
Disliked: my only complaint would be that the internet was not free, as advertised, nor were the lockers.

Liked: Everyone was so friendly - the staff were very welcoming. And, being a solo traveller I found it so easy to meet other people. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone.

Liked: The breakfast was great and the location was good, although a bit loud since it is right in the Temple Bar area.
Disliked: The rooms were definitely not cleaned. The toilet paper in our bathroom wasn't even refilled until we asked. The rooms had all kinds of junk left in it from people who were long-gone. It looked like a messy bachelor pad. Also no lockers in the room.

Liked: It was right in the centre of Dublin. It is great cos there is a 24 hour reception which is helpful when if like myself my flight was delayed and I didnt get there until nearly midnight. Breakfast is basic but good. Def worth the money

Liked: Overall it was a good experience, good location and good price
Disliked: We had a giftbag stolen from our room even though it was a private room with only 4 friends staying there. The hostel were reluctant to find out where it was and would not reimburse us.

Liked: great staff (& they gladly made a booking for me for a day tour too), certainly secure, nice breakfast and generally quite satisfied
Disliked: no laundry space!!!!! even a laundry tub & tap would be welcome (for those who want to do their own laundry on site)

Liked: Breakfast is excellentVery cleanBathroom is clean and proper taps not stupid spring loaded ones.
Disliked: Charges for safety deposit boxes (they don't cost the hostel anything) No Lockers in rooms. The safety of your stuff should be one of the hostels main priorities. Rooms very hot. Buses sit outside the window for ages at a time with their engines ticking over which makes it hard to sleep. Mattresses are hard. No freezer. Doors on rooms slam very loudly and it's hard to stop them from waking people up.
