Liked: good location. Big tv in the common room. Allowed to have a drink there. The free breakfast is pretty decent.

Disliked: The key system could be better. Swipe cards would be better than that huge key.

Liked: The downstairs common room had a TV and plenty of space. I only had to share a bathroom with five other girls, which is amazing.

Liked: The location is great, you couldn't be closer to everything than here. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast is real breakfast, not just coffee as in most hostels.

Liked: The atmosphere of the hostel is very good and the security excelent!! The room that I was in very comfortable and the bathroom nice.

Liked: Rooms quite cramped, though well-taken-care of for the most part. Beds unconfortable. Keys have be returned to the desk every time you leave and recovered every time you return. Security of the place as a whole can only be described as fortress-like, but paradoxically no in-room lockers are provided, begging the question what % of hostel thefts take place through the kind of mass frontal assault this place was meant to defend against?Breakfast is to be expected - juice, toast, cereal, coffee. Staff were ok if a little self-involved.Location is excellent.

Liked: this hostel was in a great location close to temple bar and o'connell street. it was clean and fun and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: The common area is great. It's big and a good place to meet people. The breakfast is filling and the kitchen is kept clean. The place seemed organized and the staff was helpful. Good value for money. Only downer was the bathroom in our room was a bit run down.

Disliked: The bathroom was a bit run down in our room. Our sink leaked, the tub dripped water, the bathroom fan didn't work and there was a lot of black mold around the tub probably as a result of the constant moisture problem. I understand that the hostel is undergoing renovations. I certainly hope they plan on fixing that bathroom. The room was fine but would have been better if it had had individual lockers to store our backpacks.

Liked: the rooms were clean and comfortable enough and had their own bathrooms. breakfast was ample and delicious. the staff was one of the friendliest and most helpful of any hostel i've been to. we thought we might need to pay a few euro to use the internet to figure out some logistical stuff but the staff was happy to look up anything we needed. the self catering kitchen and the common room with couches were both nice areas

Disliked: the blankets were kind of like bean bags in paper sacks. they russled in the night and were annoying

Liked: Very secure, central location and pretty clean throughout.

Disliked: Keys are not allowed off site, but there were never enough keys for our room! (Stayed in an 8-share,so in theory 8 keys, right? Often not enough keys for us to even share one!)

Liked: Pretty nice city centre hostel. Busy, lively, and in a good location it lacks a bit of character and charm (don't all city centre hostels?) and the dorms are by no means spacious, but decent value for money.

Liked: Incredible! the most important thing the bars and party places are just couple of blocks, just walking, is really nice, the staff there is really helpful, you will meet daily nice persons and your stay will be wonderful.

Disliked: Nothing in couple of days, my stay and my expectations were fulfilled.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Lot's of people to meet and breakfast was better than I expected.

Liked: Well priced, VERY well secured (almost fortress like), clean, free breakfast 24 hour reception

Disliked: Common area, reception, kitchen and dining room were all in the same space. Lacked a cosiness you can find at other hostels, not good if you want to relax. Only one fridge for all guests, no freezer.

Liked: Abigail's was a very chill spot right on the river in Dublin. Easy to access bars, shops, restaurants, etc. Met some of the cooler people we met during 2 months of travel all over Europe. I would definitely recommend it.

Disliked: Dublin is great, but the Temple Bar area is a bit touristy. If you'd like to avoid that, then Abigail's may not be for you.

Liked: Very clean and modern, staff were very professional and awesome to hang out with after their shifts had finished, great facilities, and it was easy to meet other travellers in the common room and kitchen!

Disliked: a bit too crowded, but that is to be expected
