Liked: It's central location, colourful decoration and kind staff.

Disliked: The walls between rooms were thin and I didn't get a towel or soap in the en-suite. Breakfast finished at 9:30 am - too early!

Disliked: Staff. Receptionist overcharged me and was grumpy.

Liked: Good location. Cool building. GREAT kitchen

Disliked: no wifi in the rooms, have to go to the lounge. Rooms are cold. No lockers in rooms.

Liked: I liked the location, it was right in the center of everything, and right near temple bar. It was an easy walk to the bus station,

Disliked: I didnt like that there were no lockers, and that everyone kept their stuff out in cubbies.

Liked: The location was excellent which for me is the most important thing.

Disliked: I was allowed to check in early and leave my bag in the room. The problem was that nobody informed house keeping of this arrangement and they moved my bag from the room and put it into a storage closet that only house keeping had access to. Fortunately I didn't have anything valuable in the bag but as a result I was hesitant to leave anything else at the hostel. The staff was fairly helpful and assisted in my finding the bag but ultimately it was an avoidable problem.

Liked: I liked that even though it was in the city centre, it never got loud in the building. I've been in plenty of hostels where I was unable to sleep because of the noise

Liked: The atmosphere was really homey and fun. It was a unique mix of a home and a college dorm, but in a good way! The rooms were pretty quiet and it was great having computers to use the internet on (and having free wifi). The staff were all very helpful and friendly helping me finding my way around and giving me recommendations of where to see and go. The free walking tour was fantastic that hostel-goers there were able to go. The free breakfast was great too! The location is GREAT--very close to Temple Bar, Grafton Street, Christchurch, Trinity College, Jameson Distillery, and not far from the Guinness Storehouse.

Disliked: The beds could use a little updating, but it is still a bed, sheets, and a place to sleep, which is all you really need at a hostel.

Liked: The free breakfast and the location. Also, while everything wasnt spotless we did see our 12 person room get cleaned everyday. Free internet access was a plus, and the staff was helpful with planning excursions.

Disliked: There was a man in our room who liked to do stretches in his underwear and we were told that the staff knew about it but chose to not do anything, and that seemed very unprofessional. We were in a mixed gender room, so obviously some strange situations may be encountered, but that to me was just too much. Also the room was very cold.

Liked: Pretty much everything was really good

Disliked: About the only thing I would comment on is that the showers are super hot

Liked: I loved the location; I was only a 10-15 minute walk from everything I wanted to see in the city center.

Disliked: They advertise hot showers, but it's really tough to get water pressure and hot water on the top floor, especially in the mornings.

Liked: Mostly everything.

Disliked: The shower, not the worst in the world but instead of a button that stays on for 10 secs maybe have a coin system which gives you 5 mins or something.

Liked: Warm, comfy beds. Really helpful staff. Beer garden out back was excellent.

Disliked: Only 2 toilets on our floor for a lot of people, showers small, have to press on every few seconds.

Liked: Location and helpful staff

Disliked: There was a loud banging of our door at 3AM from a bunch drunk kids looking for 3 girls. He was shouting so I told him to get lost. We were afraid of our lives. Hotel staff did not even do anything. Lots of rowdy kids.

Liked: Fun and helpful staff members, good breakfast, comfy lounges.

Disliked: Expensive for a private room in which there was no toilet paper and the hot tap did not work so I had to use the shared showers anyway. Also, the curtains were too small for the (otherwise amazing) window, so the streetlights shone in all night making for restless sleep.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was right in the center of everything I wanted to see, and the atmosphere was really great. The free breakfasts were a bonus and I thought that it was a great value for my money. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone who wanted a fun, safe, great value for a trip to Dublin.

Disliked: As to the hostel itself--it was wonderful. As to the guests--let's just say that some of them need to learn that a dorm is for sleeping and a social room is for socializing.
