Liked: This hostel is in a great location right next st george street in the temple bar district. The commons is really social and always has people in the evening to meet and go out with. The guys who work there were always willing to help and even went out with us.

Liked: Kinlay House is a great hostel when you are travelling with friends or even with your girlfriend. I have stayed in a private room and have nothing to complain. The only weak point is the private bathroom which is not the best I've ever seen, but stills OK. No doubt that this is the safest hostel I've being and it couldn't be better localized (only a few steps from temple bar and other major attractions in the city). All in all, I definitely recommend this place for short stays (up to 5 days).

Liked: this hostel has a great location, right next to the temple bar. The guiness storehouse is also in easy walking distance. Breakfast in the morning was reasonable and the kitchen looked well equipped, although we didn't cook there.

Liked: There was really nothing not to love! The location was perfect. I walked everywhere to see everything I wanted to see. The only time I used a bus was to get to the airport. There is a beautiful church right next to it that is a useful landmark to easily find my way back. The environment is very social but it is also a quiet place to come back to your room when you actually want to sleep. The free international phone calls and free internet saved me so much money and really pushed my already exceeded expectations over the edge. I plan to visit Dublin again, and I already know I am staying at Kinlay House!!

Liked: We didn't really stay at the hostel much as we were out most of the time but the hotel seemed quiet at night. It is very handy for most of the places we wanted to go but it was mainly alcohol related!!

Liked: The location is incredible, right down the street from the businesses of Temple Bar. There were no lockers in the room, and you had to pay for the ones in the hall (which were small). The showers just have curtains, and the only place to hang your stuff is outside the shower. But everyone seems friendly, so I don't think you'd have a problem with anything being stolen.

Liked: What I did not like was the fact that hostellers could have sex in the dorms throughout the night with little regard to the other occupants.If people have to act like dogs then go to a kennel.
