Liked: Double private had en-suite bathroom. Location quite close to city centre.

Disliked: Its located at one of the main streets which is very busy and noisy 24/7.

Liked: Surprisingly quiet room at night. Huge Georgian public rooms and staircase, painted great colours!

Disliked: Unisex toilets and basins - not comfortable.

Liked: Great location. Right near bus stop so very easy to get to from the airport. Very close to temple bar and other tourist attractions. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Can't hear noise of other people staying there so it was easy to sleep.

Disliked: We had no hot water but was told this was getting fixed immediatly.

Liked: Near everything you want to visit, excellent atmosphere, friendly staff...

Disliked: The restrooms were not very comfortable, but hey! what did you expect from a hostel? Cheap, breakfast included... Excellent choice.

Liked: The location is super! Fre Internet & Wi-Fi is good.

Disliked: This is a massive hostel, and my complaint is that the common areas are far too small to accomodate the nof guests. I also found the lach of individual reading lapms annoying, and the lack of lockers unacceptable, The breakfast included may be better than nothing, but I would rather stay away from it. The coffee was awful, and the toasters either didn't toast the bread or scorched it, and nobody cared to do anything about it.

Liked: 24 hr reception, very friendly staff, relatively clean bathrooms....location, location, location!!!!! Overall, excellent time!

Disliked: Could have been a bit cleaner, but I am also extremely neat and tidy.

Liked: the people i met were amazing- including the staff, and- it was within walking distance from everything interesting to see or do!!!!

Disliked: there were a little problems with the hot water in the showers.. or water at all in the showers.. but not every day, and they fixed it..

Liked: Kinlay House is an awesome place to stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, great location, great value for money. Would highly recommend staying there to anyone.

Disliked: The only negative thing I could say was about the showers. They are having trouble with the water pressure so everyone has to shower on the lower levels.

Liked: On entering, staff was very friendly & helpful. There was 6 of us staying in a 6 bed dorm, which was great for us as it was a private room as such. The room was very clean & I've stayed in quite a few hostels & hotels & for 22euro each, couldnt ask for anything more. Ceareal/toast/tea/coffee all available plus internet was free 2 use in dining area. Def recommend & stay in again.

Disliked: Didnt dislike anything but then again, only stayed the one night.

Liked: Great location. Very helpful staff. Free wifi, internet services. Tons of things to do if you decide to stay in the hostel (which i didn't do). Access to buy tickets to events, buses, etc from the hostel. Very close to bus stop.

Disliked: Showers were the one downfall. Push button for 30 seconds of water. Not the best.

Liked: Pretty good location - not IN Temple bar but very close and also very close to Christ Church as well as the Airlink bus stop right outside the door. Good breakfast (even had hazlenut spread!). Breakfast area good place to meet people. They even let me use the skype phone for a free international phone call.

Disliked: No lockers under beds. I felt safe just locking my bag but would have had to pay for a locker. Showers were out when I was staying there so absolutely freezing but other people told me they were offered to move to the other location or get money back.

Liked: great staff, great offers (dvds and books - wait, are you supposed to watch movies while staying in dublin?), great atmosphere, wall-to-wall to a bar, kitchen is well equipped but in hostel-typically shape! hostel is well located close to temple bar district, i can recommend it for everyone!

Disliked: on one day, we had to take an icy shower in the morning because there was no hot water!

Disliked: the showers. they were always too hot and you had to keep pressing the button to keep the water going. i love that they always have hot water but hated that it burned my skin everytime

Liked: Everything was awesome! Staff were helpful and personable, you had to show your key on entry so there were no unsavory characters hanging about, location was FANTASTIC, the atmosphere was fun and happening and the rooms were nice.

Disliked: Push-button showers. It's a little hard to wash your hair when one hand must be pushing down the shower button the whole time.

Liked: Really at the centre of the city which was great and at a great price.

Disliked: The shower in the onsuite room was horrible, the shared one looked better. And the breakfast couldn't be any simpler but to be honest for that price I wasn't expecting to receive any breakfast so I shouldn't complain.

Liked: The atmosphere, the old feeling to it, the staff, the proximity to Temple Bar and the river, the FREE internet and breakfast

Disliked: If one doesn't like stairs or mix dorms and washrooms, this isn't for you. Not in my case, but maybe for some people. Also I would rather have wood bunk beds instead of squeaky aluminum ones, but that's a small complaint!
