Liked: I had such good time staying there: I asked for a lot of questions about getting around in Dublin and also to another cities and the staff at Jacobs were so friendly, helpful and what they didn't know they got more informations by telephone for me. The breaksfast is free, but is great comparede to another hostels. They offer the best free tour city what I saw before! In short: I loved staying there!

Liked: The staff is always friendly which is the reason I keep coming back, and I always manage to have nice conversations with the people who are staying there.

Liked: It was not difficult to find, the rooms and kitchen facilities and breakfast were perfectly adequate and there is a tescos down the road. There was also plenty of tourist information available to help make the most of tourist attractions.

Liked: Great location, very friendly atmopsphere and trustworthy, Even though you may share a room with strangers, guests do seem to be very trustworthy. Staff very polite and good customer service.

Liked: great atmosphere! we met lots of people from around the world. the kitchen was always a fun place and we had great conversations after lunch and supper. the parties organizated by the guests in the common room were cool! the dorm rooms are quite big and there is heating in all rooms, hot showers, etc.breakfast is ok: bread, butter, jam, cereals, chocolates, muesly bars...
