Liked: Well I had a wonderful stay at your hostel. The staff member who stood out the most was John - very welcoming on the front desk & really helpful when giving out tips on what to see and do around Dublin.The hostel was very neat - shame about there being no lockers in the actual rooms, slightly inconvieniant to have to constantly go downstairs to grab things out of your bag... but at least it was secure.The room itself was a little noisy (103) as it was located opposite the lift, so you could hear when other people came onto the floor to have conversations in the middle of the night after a night out on the town. The bathroom sinks make an awful noise after using them - you should try to address this. Also the shower pressure was awful, maybe something you can address later on.Was pleased with the location, not too hard to find and you could walk everywhere which was a bonus. Loved the tv room on level one also. A very trendy and modern hostel!Keep up the good work guys!

Liked: I met some really lovely people there with whom I surely will be in contact in the future. There was a guy at the reception, who was super really nice and EMPLOYEE: helpful, patient. worked at night there. he got the A+, which is surely not meant for all the employees there. overall, a really good value for money. INTERNET was VERY BAD. guys, work on that. if it is mentioned: internet available, i expect that it is really working. BREAKFAST AWEFUL: just jam and toast. i don't like sweet breakfast and i had no other choice. also the breakfast room was too small for all the guests. CLEAN: YES. SAVE: YES. super location. I would book again....but bring my own breakfast and hope for a much better internet.

Liked: Very comfy, clean rooms, friendly place. No fun running out of toilet paper in a 12 bed female dorm in the morning and powerpoints in the bathrooms would be super! Great stay overall! =)

Liked: The staff were quite helpful and there weren't a ton of rules at the hostels which seems to be the case with most these days, treating their customers like 13 yr olds. Hostels should be enjoyed and I believe Jacob's Inn follows this idea by helping people have a good time in Dublin and their stay at the hostel.

Liked: My first stay in a hostel as a family, excellent value for money. The common rooms were very well equipped and the Irish dancing lesson an extra bonus. Would highly recommend Jacobs. Thankyou.

Liked: I think the staff makes the hostel. I spoke with at least 3 staff members during my staff and all were helpful and knowledgeable. The hostel is about a block from the Connolly train station and near a bus stop to the airport. The only two points they could improve is 1. providing ventilation in the bathrooms (steam from the showers makes the room wet for a long time) and 2. have lights for the lower bunks. Aside from that, this was a great place.

Liked: Clean, friendly and very convenient to the bus and train stations. Breakfast was a bit lean - I think Jacob's used to offer fruit. Muesli would be a healthier option than cornflakes, but the Irish wheaten bread was good
