Liked: Amazing breakfast! Very comfortable room!

Disliked: Wi-fi did not work properly on the last floor. In the bathrooms the water pressure is very weak ending up in no water sometimes. Strong smell of cigarettes on the stairs.

Liked: It's pretty cheap, cheerful and absurdly close to the centre of Dublin without being in Temple Bar, which is rather noisy.

Disliked: Needs a lick of paint and some updating in the rooms. If you are within earshot of the door it will really begin to irritate you because unless you can sleep through it, the walls are rather thin

Liked: Good value for money, everything clean and well-kept, and we got breakfast! The staff were also extremely helpful.

Disliked: No communal area to meet other travellers

Liked: It's vicinity to the city centre. The friendly breakfast and reception staff. The fact that we had our own room. Clean sheets and towels. Breakfast included.

Disliked: Cigarette burns and stains (???) on top bed cover; dodgy plumbing - the shower drain smelt really bad every time we turned on the sink taps- I had to cover the drain with a plastic bag, weighed down with a water bottle - to keep the smell a bay. The toilet on the top floor was difficult to unlock at times - we then decided to go 2 flights down to the other loos, which were very clean.

Liked: it was close to all the amenaties

Disliked: there wasnt no toilet in the rooms it was a communial toilet the shower was by the bed it had no doors on the wardrome and the curtains were dirty could do with updating

Liked: We arrived early and they only had one of the more expensive rooms cleaned and ready. Instead of making us wait, they just upgraded our room for free! They also kept our bags behind the desk for us after we had checked out but didn't have a flight for 4 hours.

Disliked: the room we ended up in was right across from the check in desk so there was a bit of noise. Not enough to be upsetting though.

Liked: it was cosy, and very central, in walking distance to almost every attractions.

Disliked: not much to dislike, but perhaps a little worn down and could use a better cleaning.

Disliked: Several flights of steps but no lift. Was fine for me but would be difficult for travellers with a lot of luggage

Liked: Great location - walking distance from all tourist attractions

Disliked: The description boasts 30 newly refurbished rooms - we obviously were unlucky to get one of the rooms that hasn't been... the sink had huge cracks in and could do with a good clean, there were stains on the walls and ceiling, burn holes on the bed cover and the floor didn't look like it had seen a vacuum cleaner in a long while. The room was also very noisey from other guests and from traffic from the main road below.

Liked: Good location, they give a delicious big breakfast, There is a smal shower in the room, TV-set, heated rooms.

Disliked: They have wireless internet but there is not access to any computers if you do not have your laptop.

Liked: superb location both for links to the airport and for getting out and about.Also the quirkiness of the property.... I thought maybe the inroom shower was a joke, but it isn't!

Disliked: The in room Shower, a communal room for guests would also benefit the property, as once breakfast is over you don't get an opportunity to meet other travellers staying there.

Liked: Not much...

Disliked: There was a nice little shared kitchen in the small house were the private rooms were placed. Could have been very nice, but unfortunately no sponge or soap to clean the plates (...and so forth). The oven was way to dirty to be to any use. The hostel didn't put any work in to keeping that kitchen useful. Stupid. The breakfast was the planest I have ever had at a hostel.

Liked: The front desk staff was very helpful and it felt very secure.

Disliked: The rooms were old and the mattress was the worst I've ever slept on. There were cigarette burns all over a well-worn carpet. It was less than impressive for the amount you paid.

Liked: Friendly staff, even after some confusion where they thought we were trying to sneak a third person in our room. Clean room with a shower. In a fun neighborhood. Close to O'Connell Street.

Disliked: No toilet in the room, but a sink and a shower. Just kind of strange.

Liked: Very friendly and helpfull staff, It's a calm B&B with 18 rooms but a relax stay, though the street site has it's expected streetnoise. Double beds in the back would be better then only in front.
