Liked: I think that if you would like to improve your facilities you shouldn't ask about what did the customer like, I think it should be better for you to know what the customer didn't like. Personally I think the hostel was really good for young people like us, which don't mind to spend a few days with no many comforts, but I think that maybe and just to provide with a few examples you could provide us with the whole sheets; a little bit more of variety of food in the breakfast...
