vicki westwoodMost of the staff were helpful, others not so much. In terms of location, it was a 10 min walk to temple bar - fab! Beware of taxis from guiness storehouse, as its soo far out the taxis take full advantage of the tourists who dont know any better - we got ripped off - the guy compelely overcharged us and didnt drop us off where we wanted. |

Customer reviewI think that if you would like to improve your facilities you shouldn't ask about what did the customer like, I think it should be better for you to know what the customer didn't like. Personally I think the hostel was really good for young people like us, which don't mind to spend a few days with no many comforts, but I think that maybe and just to provide with a few examples you could provide us with the whole sheets; a little bit more of variety of food in the breakfast... |
