Very friendly and helpful staff, at all times of day. Charming old building with narrow staircase and old framed pictures all over it. Breakfast served in bed (3 times out of 4 we had to get up and ask for it at the reception first, though). If you're into wi-fi lounges, Hard Rock Cafes, guided walking tours and getting wasted with your fellow backpackers, you might want to pick another place. This hotel is no tourist hangout, it's a comfy home for a couple of days. When asked about a good pub, the receptionist did not send us to one of the Temple Bar tourist traps, but to a cozy neighborhood pub instead. Thanks Holyhead team!

Lovely old building and nice staff but rooms are far too small for the number of people they squeeze in and it's not the sort of hostel that makes it easy to meet people. In addition, getting breakfast was hard work, although it was pretty good when I did manage to get it.

Friendliness - Mr. Djuri and friends were very very kind to us.
Colourd rooms....
And we didn't immagine there was a "room service" - We just had to tell the stuff when we'd wake up the next day
and they brought us breakfast in the room, bwuahahaha....

There was three of us to a four person room and we were debating whether or not we should just buy the fouth bed but luckily they we kind enough to not place a fourth person with us, especially since we had to leave at 4am so it was very convient.

Staff were very helpful. The rooms were colorful, airey and had a kettle in each room which was nice.

The Staff is extreamly frindly and helpful, we needed a deck of cards after all the stores have closed, and they found a deck for us at another hostel. and breakfast was always good.

Nice big breakfasts bought to your room at a time of your choice and really friendly staff - location is excellent not too noisy but close enough to stagger home from a night night in Temple Bar!!!
