Liked: The staff were VERY helpful and friendly. I had lost my camera and the guy at the front desk directed me to a good camera shop and got me a great discount. The bar was alot of fun and very easy to meet people. Free internet was a bonus and this place was great value for money.

Liked: Good location good breakfast, very secure like four locked doors to go thru before our room

Disliked: read this comment before booking but ignored and wishing now we hadn't: walls like paper! No nightlife. You have to change room keys every day

Liked: They said they had lockers in the rooms, but all that was there was a drawer under the bed that you couldn't lock. So I had my stuff on me the whole time I was in Cork. Their luggage room is really up a shelf in the bar, which means if the bar's busy people can nick your stuff. They said they had 24 hour reception, but when I came to collect my stuff after mid-night I was lucky to find someone there just before closing up. He said "24 hour reception is only for people who stay here !". The location's good and staff are helpful, but rooms are way too small for 6 people.
