Cashel Town Bed & Breakfast was built in 1808, and the house has recently been refurbished to create warm and homely bed and breakfast accommodation.

After a day sightseeing or shopping in this vibrant market town, relax with a warm drink and a good book by the open fire in the guest lounge. Or if you prefer something a little stronger, we’re happy to supply ice and glasses to go with it! A good night’s sleep in your comfortable room will see you ready for a delicious, hearty Irish breakfast to set you up for another day’s exploring the many delights of Cashel and the surrounding area.

Guest lounge:

The spacious lounge is for guest’s use only and is furnished with leather sofas and chairs and has a lovely open fire which we light for you on the cooler evenings. For your convenience we’ve set up tea and coffee making facilities here, so help yourselves any time. It makes a great place to relax with a coffee and chat with other guests or even have a singsong round the piano!

Accommodation Information

We have seven very comfortable guest bedrooms. Two rooms with queen size beds en-suite, 2 family rooms en-suite and two doubles and a single room which share a bathroom. All rooms are furnished to a high standard and have color televisions with cable TV.
There are many delicious dining options available in and around Cashel. However, for those that do like to self-cater, guests at Cashel Town Bed & Breakfast, are able to make use of a full self-catering kitchen, in the adjoining hostel.

If you would like breakfast, your choice of full Irish or continental breakfast is available for €5 per person, per night.

The breakfasts are large and frequently complimented, and we use local and organic ingredients wherever possible.

Typically, our Irish breakfast includes: bacon, your choice of eggs, sausages sourced at our local butcher, beans, tomato, black and white pudding, as well as two types of toasted bread. A variety of cereals and jams are also served. Teas, coffees and orange juice are provided as refreshment.

Our Continental breakfasts typically include: yoghurt, a selection of fruit, cheeses, porridge, as well as a selection of cereals, jams, and two types of toasted bread. Teas, coffees and orange juice is provided as refreshment.

Amendments can often be made, just ask and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Cashel Town Bed & Breakfast is situated in the centre of town in a quiet side street, just 2 minutes walk from the famous Cashel Rock. You will find this lovely Georgian town house the perfect base to explore this historic town and beautiful part of Tipperary.
