Welcome to Homefield Backpackers. Bundoran's only Bord Fáilte approved Youth Hostel. If you are looking for comfortable, clean and friendly accommodation Homefield Backpackers is the place for you!

Homefield Rock Hostel is a music-themed 50-bed hostel in the centre of Bundoran town. The hostel is a very friendly, welcoming place and ideal for those who want to have access to fabulous beaches and a bustling nightlife. The Rock hostel is also part of Donegal Adventure Centre, which is Ireland's largest surf school and outdoor sports facility. Rooms are clean, inexpensive and the hostel has two large kitchens, TV room, music room and there is an Italian restaurant on site. Families and groups are accommodated and there are basic 'bed & shower' rooms for surfers on a tight budget. Breakfast is included each morning, and there is free wifi and internet use for customers. The hostel is located two minutes from seafront, main street pubs and clubs, and all conveniences. The staff at homefield are known for their helpful and friendly attitude, and they will help you with your visit to Donegal.

Location Information

We are part of Donegal Adventure Centre ( www.donegaladventurecentre.net ) whose campus is located right beside us. They provide Surf lessons and hire, Climbing / Abseiling, Kayaking, Archery Cliff Jumping and much more. We also provide family activities, Kids camps and Teen surf camp.
Bundoran is home to world class surf breaks. There is also an excellent equistrian centre, Golf Course, Go-carting Track, Cinema, Bowling, Fishing as well as loads of Hiking and Bike trails nearby.
