Kilronan Hostel is by far the mostly highly rated hostel on Inis Mor.
Unlike other hostels we are only 1 minute from Kilronan pier and have uninterrupted views of the harbor.
Situated on the largest of the Aran Islands, from our hostel you can hear that sensual sound of waves crashing against the beach, as well as spectacular views of the magnificent Atlantic Ocean.
Our facilities include all en-suite bathrooms, we also have a new kitchen (which is possibly the best hostel kitchen in Ireland) as well as a TV room with over 100 DVD's, WI-FI and Internet ( free of charge ). Outside the kitchen we have a Bar-B-Q area that is available to any of our hostel guests. We also offer our guests a free breakfast as well as free tea and coffee all day long.
Our staff are knowledgeable of the area, and are happy to answer any questions.
Our hostel has been described as "immaculate" by a number of guide books.
Kilronan is suitable for small groups, or the lone traveler who wants to get away from it all.
