Liked: It's a nice place! friendly staff and helpfull. Green Garden is on 30 minutes from the center, but you can ride with te bike to the center. When I come back in Yoga than I go to Green Garden.

Liked: Friendly staff but a bit pushy for tour packages, good breakfast and if you like home comforts might be worth the pretty unreasonable prices for the accommodation. Too far away from the main town. Worst thing was the uncomfortable beds and pillows.

Liked: What a great experience!! Well worth the extra taxi ridefrom the down town area for just 15.000 rupiah. I lovedthe dorm: fresh smelling linens and soft towels...and whata surprise when I came back from visiting Borobudur: teaand cookies in the dorm for me as well! I will come backGuys, thanks for all!

Liked: Green Garden B&B is not the cheapest place to stay in Yogya, but It's definitely worth each rupiah. I've never had a hostel or B&B with a better service, everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. Leaving early in the morning for a tour ? Get a fresh brewed coffee or tea brought to your room and a lunch box is waiting for you already! Get up really late? No worries, the breakfast will still be there and it's not only toast and jam but a whole table full of good stuff (try the green bread, it's yummy!). The place is in a lovely old house with a small garden in front where you can chill out during the day or have a beer (or two) with other travelers or the owner and people from the staff. It's located in a quiet area, but just grab a cab for 15.000 Rupiah to the bars - or if you're lucky you get a free lift if the owner is going somewhere...Get the pick up from the airport (free if you stay at least three nights and if not still cheaper than a cab). You get a small orientation tour through the town and a lot of useful information.The B&B opened just a couple of month ago, and they are improving it daily (renovating the bathrooms, adding TV lounge, ...). But in my humble opinion it's already outstanding!

Liked: Robert gracias! I've travelled a lot around the world and this one is one of the best hostel i've been at. It's como mi casa, i loved the breakfast, wake-up coffee, afternoon tea, and the owner Robert realy helped me with booking my tours, getting a plate of food from the bakso guy that goes around the area when i wasn't eating with the staff. It's a bit outside Malioboro which was perfect for me. It was cheap too with everything included like internet, laundry pick -up etc. Hasta luego!
