Welcome to deLantus House, a guest house that provides you a cosy and affordable place for a short or a long stay. We offer you a uniqueness of experiencing a touch of Indonesian country life.

deLantus House is a cosy wooden pavilion built next to the main house, located in a Javanese village, the house offers you the benefits of: the beautiful view of the river, rice fields, and the mountain; the hospitality and the traditional Javanese life style of local people and the ancient Hindu’s temples nearby. You can engage in activities such as climbing the mountain, taking a walk all the way through the rice fields, cycling, or just sitting and relaxing in our garden.

deLantus House is a two storey wooden pavilion. We have a pantry on the ground floor where you can cook your meal and an open sitting room with a view to our garden.
There are two gazebos in our garden (with the view to the river and the mountain) available for you to relax and to enjoy your leisure time.

Our in-house services include free breakfast, free linen, laundry, free car parking, airport transfer

We are happy to help you with car rental and tour services bookings, too.

Accommodation Information

deLantus House has two private bedrooms; the big room with a queen size bed and a space for an extra single bed and the small room with a queen size bed. It can accommodate a total of 5 people. You can book either the rooms separately or the pavilion as a whole.

Bed linen and towels are provided. We have two bathrooms with shower, one on each floor. Fan is available upon request and free of charge.

Location Information

deLantus House is located about 30 km to the south of Solo City, at the feet of Mount Lawu. This small town Karangpandan can be found in Kabupaten Karanganyar used to be a part of Karesidenan Surakarta which is now known as Solo Raya.

Our place is about 15 km to Tawangmangu and Lake Sarangan and only about 10 minutes drive to Ngargoyoso, Kemuning where you can find a tea plantation (a heritage from Dutch Colonial period), ancient Hindu temples (Candi Sukuh & Candi Cetha), a national reservation forest and Jumog Waterfall.

deLantus House is built nearby a river (Kali Dimoro) and surrounded by rice fields, makes it outstanding for you to enjoy a Javanese country life.
It is also located nearby local amenities such as: Karangpandan Bus Station, a traditional market, local eateries, a mini market, internet cafes and shops. They are all within a walk distance.
