At Bangsal Harbor: Go to the ticket office at the sea front and ask for a boat to Gili Meno (Boat with a yellow band).

Local Transport Ferry from Padang Bai (Bali) to Lembar (Lombok):
Take a bemo (local mini-bus) from Lembar to Sweta terminal,
Change bemo from Sweta to Pemenang,
Then take a horse car (cidomo) from Pemenang to Bangsal.
Shuttle bus:

This bus leaves from all touristic places in Bali (Kuta, Ubud, Sanur, Lovina, Padang Bai)
And takes you directly to Bangsal (Prices include Bus & Ferry).
