Liked: Loved it, loved it, loved it! The rice barn was lovely, even better than the photos look. Its like living in a little bit of jungle paradise, by the sea! You can hear the waves whilst in bed at night. The nearby beach was really nice for walks, but a bit stony for swimming. The owners and staff are so friendly and nice - they even arranged a 'pizza party' for all the guests. You're made to feel like part of the family. Very chilled atmosphere and the other guests were lovely and friendly. The owners arranged my snorkelling trip with one of the local fishermen for a cheap price. Quiet location, with restaurants and a few shops for essentials, but can travel a short distance to more attractions. I'd definitely stay here again.

Liked: Very peaceful place (except for the digger working next to the lumbung). Lots of character, our 'hut' was great and we got a free upgrade. The restaurant we visited for 4 nights was excellent too!

Disliked: No beach. Lack of other amenties nearby, middle of nowhere, and difficult to get to and away from to explore the area.

Liked: Very personal and friendly atmosphere thanks to Made! Unfortunately the beach has gone some years ago, but its a good place to spend some days in an extraordinary homestay.

Liked: Lumbung Damah is an amazing place. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great places to eat nearby, lovely views of the garden and beach. Recommend for anyone wanting to escape Kuta for some clean air. We are definetly coming back! Jess and Jules.

Liked: Fantastic home atmosphere, great hospitality and very sad to leave as we had been made to feel like family, would definately recommend to anyone, very affordable and beautifull accommodation, the highlight of our journey, will definately keep in touch and visit them again, great is all we can say. Thank you Tania, Lempot and staff, miss you all already.
