Friendly staff who are more than happy to go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. Good location, within walking distance to the main area of kuta and about half an hour walk from kuta beach. Free pick up from the airport and a good breakfast!

free big breakfast, pool, gym, central, not far from the surf, very safe, free transport from airport etc.. only bad things like many hotel no discount for single.. same price as double room.

The swimming pool and fitness centre were pretty good. The location was awesome about 500m from Paddys bar and Bounty nightclub. Easy access to facilities such as a pharmacy, covenience store and shopping

Very Good place, nice people, good price. Close to Legian, whitch is super hustle street, in good and bad. I can really recommend.

The staff are friendly and willing to help all the time. The hotel is very clean and it's location is good. It's set back far enough from the main road so you don't hear any noise.
