Disliked: nonostante la pubblicità non hanno accettato le carte di credito, non hanno consentito l'accesso ad internet ed hanno preteso il pagamento all'arrivo prima ancora di farci vedere la camera

Liked: It's a very clean and quiet place within loud and crazy Varanasi, ideally located some steps distant from the main gaths and tourist places, perfect view on ganges, nice rooms, personal service for individual needs and plans, good food, family owned.

Disliked: rooms are quiete expensive, transfer from Airport is too expensive. Shared balkony is OK, but should be mentioned before.

Liked: Very good location to the Ganges

Disliked: The ac doesnt work. Room has never been cleaned during our stay. The guesthous was too expensive for this service. Owner was too dominant and women receives less respect than men.

Liked: This was a wonderful hotel, so clean and pristine, even by Western standards. The rooms was large and spacious and the shower room had hot water. The staff were so attentive and looked after us so well. Our trips were well organised too. I loved this place and it was a haven, an oasis of calm after the buzz of Benares!

Disliked: There were few problems. If I had to pick one the owner was a bit brash and when I queried the bill he got quite rude with me. Okay, as he pointed out I was arguing over £2! But... it was the principle that he thought I should pay him for a taxi ride I had already paid the driver for.

Liked: well, I did not really like anything

Disliked: that they did not have our room waiting for us even though we booked in advance! The owner said that he has nothing to to with hostelbookers and that it is our problem that we paid 10% in advance. He offered us a room of 1000 rupies more a day than the one than we had pre-booked. So we had to take that one since the other ones in the street were ful, and he did not give the 10% discount that we had already paid. So we lost 2550 rupies extra than expected. So, if you book in advance he might not even have a room since all the prepaid money actualy goes to hostelbookers and he can just take anyone in the room and not care about you. Like he did with us!

Liked: staff were helpful- even walked my friend to the ATM although they were a bit keen for us to go to a silk shopcleangood food here and at lotus lounge next doorgreat view and location- the guesthouse is the most brightly and newly painted building on the ganges!

Liked: The spirit was really nice and we were treated very well. I would surgest you to write more about the great location of the hostel (meaning the beautiful sceneries of the some rooms) in your pages as well the atmosphere there. Our stay in that hostel of all Indian hotels was the best.
