Liked: Location is literally steps from the Ganges. Food at the restaurant was good along with the service from dhananjay (?). He was a really nice guy.

Disliked: We were greeted by "the three amigos" - babu, ajay and his side kick, all willing to rip us off. I asked them to look up flights for me and they quoted double the price I got them for. They also tried to con us into paying triple the price of train tickets they were going to purchase on the black market. They said we needed to do this within an hour so we couldn't go looking else where. We asked to use their internet but they said it wasn't working. The hot shower was tepid and our Ganges view was more a quarter of a view. It was freezing and we asked for more blankets and we received two wafer thin stagnant blankets. Upon checking out when reviewing my hostelbookers confirmation email they noted my outstanding payment did not include 10% "tax" which was said to be payable by me.
