Liked: Hot Water all the time

Disliked: Behind the wall there was a main road, that lead to the bus station. At night every single track made it impossible to sleep peacefully... Two night were like never ending nightmare(((((

Liked: Helpful and very friendly staff, good location walking distance to markets and bazaar. Great courtyard, with a cool tortoise and sometimes monkeys. large rooms with bath.

Disliked: Beds were very, very hard, too firm. difficult to sleep. Pillows too. Also, wifi would have been nice. But I guess you get what you pay for, and at this price it's hard to complain.

Liked: Very cosy friendly atmosphere 5 minutes walk from town, cheap home made great food, haven't got a bad word to say. Great place great prices.

Liked: Definately the best thing about this place were the staff. Chacha really went out of his way to help with any problems. We arrived at 6 am and the staff were kind enough to let us chekc in then, and make us some teas which we badly needed.

Disliked: The sheets were a bit stained and the shared bathroom facilities were not as clean as they could be.

Liked: Cheap rooms.

Disliked: Very, very noisy! It is right up to the main road which means noise all night - car horns, big trucks going by etc. There is not much of a garden either. Would recommend it for young backpackers though.

Liked: Very clean and spacious rooms. Nice garden in back and it was quiet and peaceful when I was there.

Disliked: Nothing really. It is a nice place to stay and I'd stay there again.

Liked: Extremely helpful and friendly staff.During the camel festival, however, HUGELY overpriced.We had heard that if you didn't book a room before the festival you'd get ripped off locally, but once we arrived to our 1300RP room at Chacha's, we discovered that other nearby accommodations that weren't available online were a mere 600 and 800rp's for bigger and nicer. I also have come to find out that the rooms that are 1300rp during the camel faire are +/- 100rp other times of the year.Don't get me wrong, they have to make a buck somehow, but during the camel faire you can definitely get cheaper accommodations elsewhere in Pushkar.I suspect this would be an amazing place to stay at any other time of the year, and though the accommodations are minimal and the food left a lot to be desired, the hosts are friendly and helpful and the location is great!

Liked: Small family run hostel with a nice atmosphere and just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Great food and very good value place to stay. Room was basic and bed a little hard but for the price a very good place to stay

Liked: Chacha's was a lovely guesthouse, what makes the guesthouse so special are the people who run it. Rani and her husband, not to mention the other staff as well, are the nicest and friendliest people who go out of their way to make you feel like the guesthouse is your home. It is very small and has the coolest courtyard of which all rooms come off of, where we sat and drank chai, watched magic and dressed up in saris!The one downside is that the beds are not that comfy, but this is made up for all the inside tips and kindness you are given, not to mention the great value for money and good location in Pushkar.If we go back to Pushkar we will definitely stay there again.

Liked: We really enjoed this small cosy hostel as it has a relaxing little garden. the staff was really friendly and served us great chai at many of times. They were really helpful with everything we did. a big plus was that they had clean sheets. hard to find in india.
