‘Hotel Samrat' is a decent family budget hotel located in the western suburbs of Mumbai adjacent to the Khar (West) Railway Station, 3 kilometres from Santacruz domestic airport and only 6 kilometres from Sahar International airport!

Each spacious, tastefully furnished air-conditioned room at ‘Hotel Samrat’ has a private bathroom, fan, direct dialing telephone, satellite TV, mini bar and 24 hours running hot and cold water, web access in lobby- internet facility available in lobby.

Surrounding the hotel are a variety of restaurants and bars, however if you would like to dine at the hotel there is a family restaurant, Pindh-Da-Dhaba that specializes in authentic Punjabi and Tandoori cuisine.

The Executive Rooms are priced reasonably at Rs.3000/- onwards but are value for money and have LCD screens, split Ac , latest and modern plumbing with shower panels with jet spray , internet connections, large size rooms , pleasant decor , sound proof windows,etc.. The Executive Suite has an extra sitting room and a kitchenette. If you wish you can ask the Receptionist to show you the rooms and switch your room by paying the difference.

They make the guests talk on their own cell phones to one of the touts’ partner to mislead the guest that they are talking to the Hotel Receptionist and the person at the other end of the line says they are from our Hotel and there's no room available and then the guests are whisked to other destinations and fleeced.

• Check-in / Check-out: you may check in from 12:00 hours onwards.
• Check-in / Check-out: you must check out by 12:00 hours (12 Noon).

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 NOON.
PLEASE NOTE: If you arrive prior to 9 AM on arrival date then you may be charged for one day extra till 12 noon on that day.
So if you are arriving early morning please wait till 9 am or you may be charged one day extra.

•Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations will be invoiced 10% only besides the amount paid at time of reservation. Any cancellations or reduction in number of days stay after checking in will be charged one night stay. Cancellations made less then 48 hours prior to check in will be invoiced 100 % of first night room tariff.

Late cancellations and no shows made on same day will be invoiced 100% of first night room tariff only. No shows will be invoiced first night room tariff.
