Liked: Very clean room, extremely helpful staff and all this for under 20 pounds a night. You can't go wrong!!

Liked: Though it looks rather shabby on the outside, we were pleasantly pleased with the interior of this hotel. The room was well equipped, the staff were very approachable and went out of their way to help and inform of us of good places to eat and visit in the area. They also provide complimentary breakfast in bed - which was very tasty (the omlette was very good although the toast was a bit chewy). Overall, a very good deal.

Liked: The Best in was a nice place to stay. The Manager tried to make us pay extra when we sorted out payment. In the end he added tax on the bill which we had to pay. This was not shown on our receipt

Liked: Very nice room. Very clean and new facilities. Unfortunately the hot water didn't work at all.You need to add 10% to the listed price as they don't honour the deposit

Liked: This was a welcome escape from Kolkata, especially if it's the first place you're visiting. It's like a 4* hotel - very modern furnishings, airconditioning, big tv, and helpful staff. Expensive by Indian Standards, but worth paying for a bit of luxury

Liked: They charged us tax on top of what hostelbookers said that we should be charged - I think they were trying to recoupe the hostelbookers charge. But it was a very nice hotel - very clean, and very modern.
