A common lounge area on the 1st floor where guests can spend the free time relaxing, reading, pratice yoga or enjoying the classical music which plays. We serve buffet breakfast and dinner. In addition to the relaxing rooms, the tranquility of the garden, and the abundance of good books, we have our own yoga therapist and Rekhi master on site. Guests can attend yoga classes every morning and therapeutic sessions during the day.

Accommodation Information

We have a wide variety of double bed rooms to suit all budgets. You can choose from 1 Heritage cottage, 3 deluxe double rooms, 1 Double room basic or 1 Double room standard. All rooms sleep 2 persons extra beds will be provided at cost. All the said rooms have ensuite bath rooms with 24 hot water; they are spotless clean, airy, clean and insect free; all rooms have fans and air-conditioning which comes at extra cost. Wi-fi internet available for free, travel desk to take care of your travel needs, computers for the guests to browse, the 2nd floor has a fully enclosed garden with BBQ facility and an area for sunbath. Location Information

Reds Residency is situated in the heritage zone famed for its Chinese fishing nets, the Jew Synagogue and the Dutch Palace and home to the art and culture of Kerala. It is within walking distance of Fort Cochin Beach and is close to several significant landmarks including Vasco da Gama's house, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Bolghatty Palace and the Willingdon Island. A guest coming in by air is about 65km from our quest house taxis, Volvo buses or for the brave heart the tuk-tuk a 1 hr 30 minutes travel time is required. The railway station at Ernakulam town is 12 km from Reds taxis, buses or tuk-tuks travel time 25 minutes you can also cross over to Fort Cochin using the ferry and come over. Those who are coming in by bus and alighting at the bus station is just 5 minutes away from Reds
In Fort Cochin town there are shops selling handcrafted items all along the beach front. The promenade has Kashmiri shopkeepers selling shawls, artefacts, jewellery and clothes. You can also go over to Jew Town or Mattancherry to purchase coffee, honey and spices. You can also get hold of antique furniture in the shops there.
Cruisine from all over India and the world are available within walking distance from the guest house.
