It is a relaxing place for one’s mind, heart and spirit and the sea breeze and chirping birds will keep you company in the day.

In addition to the relaxing rooms, the tranquillity of the garden, and the abundance of good books, we have our own yoga therapist and rekhi master on site. Guests can attend yoga classes every morning and therapeutic sessions during the day.

The fully furnished apartment has a homely ambience and a well-equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities to give you the freedom to maintain your kind of lifestyle. It truly is a home away from home!

You can also have BBQ in the balcony area during the evenings.

Accommodation Information

We have a wide variety of double bed rooms. You can choose a cottage with or without air-conditioning. All rooms have 24 hr. solar powered hot water; they are spotless clean with modern bathrooms. The rooms are airy, clean and insect free, with fans and air-conditioning.

Location Information

Reds Residency is situated in the heritage zone famed for its Chinese fishing nets, the Jew Synagogue and the Dutch Palace and home to the art and culture of Kerala. It is within walking distance of Fort Cochin Beach and is close to several significant landmarks including Vasco da Gama's house, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Bolghatty Palace and the Willingdon Island.

In town there are shops selling handcrafted items all along the beach front. The promenade has Kashmiri shopkeepers selling shawls, artefacts, jewellery and clothes. You can also go over to Jew Town or Mattancherry to purchase coffee, honey and spices. You can also get hold of antique furniture in the shops there.
