Enviro group, a successful environmental engineering business house, based at Delhi with head quarters at Gurgaon, comprising of seven companies, decided to diversify into Tourism, Plantation and Hospitality business in 1997. In this venture the group established ENVIRO GREEN Resorts P. Ltd., a dedicated company to start a Strategic Business Unit in this direction and started a wholly self financed Hybrid timber plantation business unit in North District of Goan hinterland near Valpoi, Sattari, and Goa.

Following this objective corporate establishment the group decided to acquire additional properties in Panjim or immediate neighborhood and launch it’s first concept Boutique hotel, positioned as a ‘small elite residency’ styled personalized service oriented resort facility, where the management plans to market premium holiday Destination packages to cater to select tour groups amongst elite foreign and domestic tourists. Thus a project was conceived in 1998 to acquire an old Goan/Portuguese heritage building and start an elite hotel service in the name of ENVIRO GREEN Resorts.

Color Television with satellite transmission channels, Laundry, Library, Multi-cuisine restaurant, Bar, Roof top dining, Travel desk, Internet Café, Com-center with Computer/fax/printing/copying facility, direct dialing STD/ISD phone facilities at most economic rate, Gymnasium etc.

Two regal designed suits are equipped with duplex air-conditioned accommodation for duplex-twin double beds, mini bar, TV, fridge and Tea/coffee facilities, besides other amenities.

Restaurants
The hotel boosts of 2 restaurants, one offering specialty Sea food and East Asian menu, the other offers a multi-cuisine choice. “MOONFISH” is a specialty fish and sea food restaurant serving a choice of selected international Fish and seafood delicacies. “MADEIRA” serves authentic continental dishes and delectable Konkani, Goanese, Mexican, Chinese and Indian cuisine.

Roof top restobar
The roof top Bar-Be-que & Restobar at the Belle Wista Wado is a special attraction as it serves till late night cocktails, snacks and Bar-be-que dishes.

Lounge bar
The lounge bar at the hotel is named after “LISBON”. The bar is elegantly designed amidst lounge setting, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at specially reasonable prices to it’s resident guests. It also serves snacks and dinner should one choose to spend a quiet evening surrounded by ambient lounge music and wonderful greens.
