Louise NevittBaby and Walter were fantastic hosts, extremely helpful but not intrusive. The accommodation was probably the best i have stayed in in India, very clean and modern. We stayed in the twin deluxe which was more of an apartment with a small sitting room with TV and an outside terrace area as well as a large bedroom and bathroom. It was an easy walk away from the main tourist area. I |

Adrian BarnfatherWonderful.. this is a must for travellers looking for somewhere peaceful and pleasant. We intended to stay three nights but Baby and Walter were so kind and helpful that we stayed five nights and enjoyed every minute of our time. Nothing was too much trouble... the room was beautifully clean... the location was easy walking distance from shops and restaurants... Walter was a mine of useful local information and Baby was simply a fantastic host. We would recommend this wonderful homestay to anyone looking for tranquillity after travelling round Northern India. |

Rachel van MeerWhat a lovely place to stay. The property is like a gorgeous oasis with a wonderfully kept garden. Baby and Walter are so welcoming and helpful, and unlike most homestays they totally give you your privacy. The fact you have your own key to the gate and a separate entry to your room also helps. Baby is a great cook and serves the most wonderful omelet I have ever tasted. Such good value for money! |

Customer reviewBoth Baby and Walter were very welcoming and were great company over breakfast. They were always very willing to give advice and talk about the local area and were very helpful with everything from providing low-cost cold beers to where to visit. The room was lovely, it was spotlessly clean, the water was hot and we even had a sitting room and little kitchen, it was even better than we had expected! |

Ulla HahnWe really enjoyed our stay at this nice homestay. We agree to all other people before they describe it as a clean, safe and very friendly place. The owners are very helpful and give useful information for your trip. The fridge in the room was always filled up of cold drinks. If you need any other service they try to provide. It is located in a walking distance to the jetty, the chinese fishernet, the S. Francis Church etc. There is also a bus stop in front of the homestay and the buses come frequently. To say in one sentence at last, it was one of the best homestays we´ve had in India. |

Alex LangI only booked to stay for one night but ended up staying for seven! This place is a real gem with the couple that run an adsolute delight with so much useful info about the local area and ideas to share that it takes away alot of the stress that many find travelling India. The rooms are great, with food and drink always on hand. Sure there are other places to stay in Cochin but look no further than Baby's would be my advice. Walter and Baby are quality and will make you fel right at home. |

Christopher KutlerWalter and Baby went out of their way by printing out maps of suggested places in Kerala. Being good English, German and French speakers and we did not suffer and communication problems and they were also able to advise us of the standard rates we should expect to pay for taxis, trains and other services. This information actually saved us a lot of money. |
