The place you have to get to is Mathrubhumi [ read as Maa-thru-bhu-mee]. This one stop before Kaloor comming from the Airport. 28 KM from the airport towards the city.

Once you are in Mathrubhumi, You will find Ashoka road on the right side if comming from the airport.

Less than 200 mts in Ashoka road, before the road turns to the left you would find Kairali street on the right side.

Kairali street is also the first road to the right once you enter Ashoka road.

Around 100 m into Kairali street the road will take an L turn to the left. At this point do not go left, continue going straight into the private lane[ Punnakat Lane] which you would find straight. 100 mt in and the lane ends in front of Kuruvilla‘s compound. Use the gate on the left side to come in. Thank you.

Kochi [Cochin] International Airport is around 28 km from the guest house. We advice our guest to take prepaid taxis from the airport.
There is airport pick-up and drop service offered by the host as an extra service for 500 INR and could avail it on prior request.

Nearest Bus stop.
The nearest bus stop Mathrubhumi [ read as Maa-thru-bhu-mee] is less than 5 min walk from the guest house. The city center is 4 km from Mathrubhumi. There is frequent bus service[public transport] through Mathrubhumi to all places of interest in the city. Kaloor private bus station which is a main hub for long distance buses and inter-state buses is just 5 minutes walk from Mathrubhumi.

Nearest Railway station.
Kochi has two main railway stations. One of them is ´Ernakulam Town station’ which is 2.5 km and the 2nd one ´Ernakulam Junction’ is around 7 km from Mathrubhumi.


Nearest Boat Jetty/ Ferry
Cochin has a few boat jetties but the main one has a stop name called ´Boat Jetty’ and is also close to the ´Childrens park’. Boat servives are available till late evening to Fort-Kochi, Mattanchery, Wellington island from here and the tickets costs only around 2 INR! It takes around 20 min to reach here from Mathrubhumi [if there is no traffic jam].
