Cherai Beach Resorts is geographically located in the central part of Kerala, which is the most popular tourist destination. It is very near to the International Airport and Kochi city.

The resort is designed with love and style. Each and every detail is just perfect. The eco-friendly resort has been ranked as the ultimate getaway destination in the world. It offers visitors luxury one can only dream about - the unpolluted atmosphere, crystal clean water, absolute calm and privacy, coconut trees and beautiful lagoons and golden beaches and backwaters.

Our resort is exquisitely landscaped with lagoons and canals meandering in and around a number of cottages (heritage and modern) built around picturesque greenery, overlooking the clean, long beach at the front and serene backwaters behind. The sun rises at the backwater side of the resorts and sets in front of the resorts in the Arabian Sea.

Accommodation Information

"Oottupura" is our multicuisine eatery which serves a variety of delicacies to suit your taste. You can catch fish of your choice from the backwater and savour it freshly cooked in succulent spices along with other Kerala delicacies prepared in the traditional way.

There's an open air restaurant in the garden, lawn service for BBQ etc.

"Rajadhani" is our A/C conference hall, sharing the panoramic view of the Arabian Sea and coconut lagoons. With a capacity of 75 people, in classroom style, the hall is well furnished with all the modern facilities for conferencing (LCD projector, Wi-Fi broadband internet facility).

"Tharavadu" is our mini A/C conference hall, sharing the view of the backwaters and coconut lagoons with a capacity of 25 people in class room style. It is a heritage style of building.

"Koothambalam" is our non A/C open air banquet hall with thatched roof, having the view of the Arabian Sea with a capacity of 200 people.

"Ayurmana Spa" is our unique treatment centre, having the facilities for all ayurvedic treatment, Yoga and Naturopathy.

We have a health club and multi gym, beach umbrellas and beach benches.

The travel desk can assist you in sight seeing to various places like Fort Cochin, Athirapilly Water Falls, Guruvayoor and Kodungalloor Temples and elephant rearing areas. We can arrange canal boating in country boats to see the village life.

Location Information

The 10km long Cherai Beach is the best golden beach of Kerala and is rightly called “The Princess of the Arabian sea”. One should really feel the warmth of the golden rays of sunset infront of our resort. Dolphins are occasionally seen here.
