Paige EricksonThis is within walking distance of the bus terminal (even in blowing snow). The hostess is helpful and kind, the breakfast is tasty and fresh, the rooms are clean and bright, the hostel is quiet and lovely. All is well. I would certainly recommend it. |

Barbara KosztraStaff is very-very friendly and helpful (in organising programs, solving problems etc.), rooms are spacious, location is superb. What I did not like was that we could not bring our own food into the house. Preparing our meal on a gascooker in front of the building in the car was a bit... uhm... let's say inconvenient. |

Alexandria CottrellAlba Guesthouse is an awesome place to stay for the money. It costs a little more than the typical bed-in-a-dorm hostel, but it's definitely worth it. We had a private triple room and everything was great: the heating, the comforters, the delicious breakfast with homade bread, and the amazingly clean bathrooms and bedroom. The staff was also really helpful with booking day trips, taxis, etc. It's also very close (10min walk, like they say) to the bus station where the airport shuttle arrives and departs. The only negative thing is that it's at least a 20-30min walk into downtown, but it's not too far. Everyone should stay here! |
