Liked: We arrived to a very big smile and welcome to the hostel.Our room was large, had a great clean bathroom, the beds were comfy and there were tea making facilities.The staff were very helpful when we asked questions and the breakfast provided was lovely and the whole stay felt very relaxed.The centre of town was only a ten minit walk away and the area felt very safe. The location is right over the road from the BSI bus station which made trips out ie. to the blue lagoon very accessible.The hostel is great value for money and I would recommend it to anyone who travels to Reykjavik.

Liked: It was more of a hotel so for the money in iceland it was really good value. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Only a 10 minute walk to the centre of reykjavik and very handy for the bus terminal.

Liked: I would recommend it if someone wants a good location and a parking space for a car.The owner Mr. Ejnar is a fantastic chap with a wicked sense of humour and very helpful. The breakfast was acceptable.

Liked: Really convenient as close to BSI Busstation and national airport. Make sure you get a room on the 1st floor not sous terrain! People were very friendly (guests and staff) and it is a relatively quiet place compared to hostels in the city center. Breakfast was simple but good (Continental style) and I really liked staying there. It is a 10-15 min walk to the city center and 15-20 min to the beautiful costal line with a paved walking/cycling path WITHOUT cars. Really a good place to stay!
