Liked: Very clean, nice and helpful owners. Pleasant family atmosphere (breakfast is served in the owners' dining room). Excellent location - quiet but still very close to the city center. Free street parking.

Liked: En suite room is quite nice. I was allowed to check in early after an overnight flight and they gave me somewhere to rest while my room was being prepared. Very helpful.

Disliked: Arguably the location isn't as great as the rating suggested, it's 10 mins walk to the main street, although good enough if you want to get to the main bus station. No shower facilities in en suite room

Liked: Beautiful old building. I stayed in the artist loft up the spiral staircase.

Disliked: The sinks are small and it's hard to wash your face or shave without getting water on the floor.

Liked: huge apartment, luxury designed, huge windows in apartment (also next to bed),amazing day and night view from bed to reykjavik, cheap prices in october, great breakfast, very kind and nice owners !!!

Liked: The white castle look is incomparable. The view from the roof is an impressive treat that the owners were eager to share. Jellybelly the daredevil cat was an affectionate bonus.

Liked: I loved everything about this property. The owner was extremely friendly and had a gret knowledge of the city. The apartments were clean and comfortable and warm especially on a cold Icelandic night. It was extremely close to all amenities including the main bus terminal, city centre including pubs, shopping and restuarants.

Liked: A great place to stay. The owners have the loveliest cat in the world <3 <3 <3 Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was in an other guesthouse, just across the street, and it was very delicious. I really recommend this place to everyone.

Liked: This was a fantastic hostel, very good value, with a large twin/ensuite and own kitchenette. It was very clean, secure, quiet and only a short walk from the centre of the city. Everyone was helpful and the breakfast was substantial and varied. The flybusand excursion buses drop off and pick up outside which was very useful. Highly recommend and will be going back.

Liked: Good size rooms, clean and fresh! Close to city and busstation, sitll quiet. Very nice lady welcomed ous. Free parking on the street. We loved it!

Liked: Very cosy, clean and safe. 5mins walk to main center and a great little breakfast was included which an was unexpected bonus! We had a modern, cute, little apartment with a kitchenette if we wanted to cook, and nice bathroom...couldn't ask for much more! Highly recommend the stay!

Liked: the hostel is a family run business which gives it a lovely friendly feel. We were upgraded to a flat with its own kitchen and bathroom facilities for the same price as a room with a shared bathroom just because we were staying for 6 nights!
