 Friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Told me about local events, gave me travel tips, and took time out just to talk, and make me feel welcome.

Location. Very close to main shopping area in Reykjavik. Good sized rooms. It's one of the cheapest options in Reykjavik so you can't excpect too much, but I've found it to be good value for money. And breakfast was good.

It is just a 10 minute walk from Laugavegur (the main street), it is very clean, has good facilities and the staff are very helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were adequate and more like a hotel room that a hostel. Very close to the centre of town, great location.

Nice rooms of a decent size, and short walk into town - reasonably priced. We had room next to breakfast hall though so was a bit noisy in the morning, but nothing ear plugs couldn't fix! 10 min walk to town, and staff were really good at booking tours for us

For cheaper accommodation its location and facilities were fine. It wasnt the Ritz, but then I wasnt expecting it to be, for what we paid. It was everything that was needed, at the right price!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered our many questions with patience and good expertise of the Reykjavik area. I felt very safe with the hostel located in a nice area. There were also 2 different keys needed to get into the rooms- one for the main entrance and one for your room.
