Mills RossThe location is excellent. It's on the Main Street of Reykjavik - although this is only a really small one-way road. I read some reports about it being noisy, but coming from London, it really wasn't that bad at all. The staff were really friendly and helpful - especially Pablo and Mike and other people staying there were nice too. They have a balcony and we even saw a tiny bit of the Northern Lights from there! |

Customer reviewlocation cannot be better. on the main street with all the restaurants and bars/clubs in easy walking distance. staff very friendly and helpful. given location on the main street, it can be quite noisy, so if you're looking to have an early night on the weekend, have some earplugs handy..otherwise, get out there and party where the noise is at! |

Customer reviewOverall, i enjoyed my stay here, though it does get VERY loud on the weekend and despite the 'quiet time is 10:30pm - 7am in the hostel' it wasn't really respected, and noise was made all night. However, i was sick for some of my stay, and the staff were very helpful in finding a doctor, and making my trip as easy as possible. They're great with booking tours, and the rooms, though small and stuffy, are overall quite nice. I would recommend this place, it is in a fantastic position, and has an overall nice, chilled atmosphere |

Customer reviewFantastic place. The staff are the nicest ppl ever & helpful with everything. Nic décor, lots of character, rooms are secure & facilities very new. The location is unbeatable (on the main party/shopping street!). Pickup and dropoffs right outside for the airport bus and all sorts of tours. |

Ian McCalderThe staff were amazing (and mostly cute)! They were able to help us with all our questions, and even booked day trips for us. Construction was still ongoing at the hostel during our stay, so it was rather noisy during the day. Once the carpenters are finished it will be a fantastic place to stay. Breakfast was provided (at a small cost) in a cafe one block down the street and was well worth the money. Bring earplugs as the hostel is located on the main party street in Reykjavik. |

Angela McBeanBrand new hostel (had only been open for 5 days when we stayed) so there are a few teething problems that need to be ironed out, but the staff go far and beyond the call to help out their guests, and we were given a discount of ISK500/night as not all the facilities were available at the time of our stay. You won't get a better located hostel in Reykjavik - 2 minute walk staright down to the main centre/square. Just a warning though - the reception is 24hr but if you arrive late at night the gate is locked and you need a code to get in, so if you know you're going to be late make sure you find this out before you arrive. All in all, very happy with our stay at this hostel! |
