BOLHOLT is a modern apartment guesthouse offering 13 luxurious fully equipped self catering studio apartments on the 4th floor, all with kitchenettes and shower bathrooms. From the north side of BOLHOLT there is a magnificent view of the bay and our beautiful Esja Mountain. Continental breakfast is included in the price wich is placed in the studio for your convenience and is reefilled every other day. Free parking spaces. Ideal for long or short stays.

All our studios include:

Towels are changed every other day and linen every 6th. day.

Double studio.
7 double studios with either a twin bed or a double bed. All studios include a shower bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen.
6 family studios with a double / twin bed and a sofa bed for two. Possibillity of an extra role in bed for the fifth person.

Location Information

In the Area:
In front of Bolholt is the end of Laugavegur which is our main shopping street, a ten minute walk down the street takes you to the lively part with stores, restaurants, café’s and bars. The street then takes you to the heart of Reykjavik, the city center. The shopping center Kringlan, shopping center is in a ten minute walk from the guesthouse. A few minute walk away is Laugardalur, Reykjavik´s biggest activity park offering a large swimming pool and hot tubs, Icelands largest fitness center and spa (World Class), the Botanical Garden of Reykjavik, the Family Park, the Domestic Animal Zoo and the indoor ice-skating ring.
