 it was really cheap and the location was fine but the beds made too much noise, squeaking everytime someone moved
i couldn't sleep well because of the noise

The hostel is right on the main shopping street of Budapest and a 3 minute walk from one of the famous markets. Staff spoke English, but did not accept Euros.

Fantastic location, great atmosphere, awesome place to meet new people. Highly reccomended for solo travellers.

The doorms are a good size and clean (although the beds are uncomfortable enough that I wouldn't recommend more than two nights in them) the bathrooms a bit tiny but emaculate, and the staff were helpful (with a bit of encouragement). I was a bit surprised to find a gypsy wandering through my dorm trying on my clothes. Apparantly this is a bit of a problem - if you are going to stay here your stuff will be safe but keep it in the lockers provided and keep your dorms locked at all times.

It's a clean and freindly place with a great location. Easy to acces some of the hot spots of Budapest and you can also find a lot of coffee shops and restaurants around.

Very easy to go touristic places. The prices are very good for the quality of the rooms and location of hostel.

The rooms were clean and it was a great location. We stayed in a private room. This was great, although we did hear complaints from some people who stayed in the dorm rooms about theft, and security.
