Sarah HoweThe staff were absolutely 100 percent AMAZING! They did everything possible to make sure out stay was a good one, and it was. It was clean and in a good location, with many added perks such as free internet and coffee. Staff were available at all times, and there was no lock out or curfew. The staff even helped organize a Halloween party, qnd the other guests were fun and added to an enjoyable stay. This was probably the best hostel I have ever stayed in, and I would not hesitate to reccommend it. |

Alexandra HarperThis is the nicest/most fun hostel I have ever stayed at (and I have stayed at a lot!). The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, our room was nicer than some hotels I have stayed in, and the location is great. Highly reccommended! |

Hansen LindseyAmazingly friendly and helpful staff, available 24 hours a day to help with whatever you may need. Very knowledgeable about the city, and willing to help with directions and offer suggestions about fun things to do. The facilities were great, too - the rooms were comfortable, and I always that my belongings were secure (the entrance is behind a code-locked door). The people we met in the hostel were great, too. We made lots of friends from around the world. Overall, staying at this hostel was a great experience. |

Cayce HillMatt is a greek god. Knew of all the best places to stay/eat/visit/amuse oneself. Staff is eager to please and wins your heart over with free cappuccinos/popcorn/vokda/generally pleasant dispositions. Never thought a hostel could contribute so greatly to my experience abroad. Had a blast and a half and would only stay here if I were to return to Budapest. Reasons to Stay: Matt, cappuccinos, location (near two major subway stops and a sort walk to the Danube), relaxed atmosphere, staff friendliness, popcorn, movie assortment, occasional debauchery. Reasons Not to: You don't like yourself very much. |

Customer reviewThe staff were ultra friendly and helpful and always up for a good chat. Was pleasantly surprised to be always offered tea or coffee! Thanks Marion you were a lovely hostess. The location was awesome, pub next door, right near both famous bridges and a fantastic restaurant all within staggering distance or walking if totally sober. the lunge was great too and the Caving tour that was organized one of the best experiences of my life! |

Samuel KimOur hostess, Jeanette, was incredibly accomodating making us café or tea whenever we wished and also offered a multitude of advice about where to go and what to do. The bathrooms were actually clean and the shower, compared to the other hostels we stayed at, were refreshingly expansive. |
