Liked: I loved the people at this hostel. they were so helpful and friendly, the owners made us a traditional hungarian meal which was great for meeting other people staying there too. it was centrally located too. free coffee every morning and free towel!

Disliked: it was difficult to find the first time and it looked a little shady until you got inside, the front is definitiely deceiving because it is very safe and a great place to stay; there really was nothing i didn't like abou it

Liked: Good bathrooms and kitchen - felt very homely. Staff were very friendly and always attentive. Good lounge area and good bedding arrangements. Very good of the hostel to email us with things to do in Budapest.

Disliked: Breakfast wasn't included.

Liked: Very clean, quiet, good value for the money.

Disliked: Not a particularly social atmosphere and difficult to meet people. They advertise eating regional food together twice per week, but somehow I missed this during my stay.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen facilities and bathrooms were very good.

Disliked: The noise on two nights was quite loud from the next room.

Liked: This hostel is amazing, and the people who work there too. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, hot showers, underbed lockers are great. The hostel staff were really helpful. I want to to give special thanks to Andras, Oliver and Emese because they made my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. If I ever go back to Budapest I definetly stay at this hostel again.

Liked: Great atmosphere, attracted a sound group of travellers, no roudiness, slept very well in a chilled out accomodation. Want to put out a great thumbs up to Oliver and András for being superb hosts, giving us advice on places to eat and go out. Made the trip 100% better!

Disliked: Mattresses were abit hard, but alcohol induced activities made it not a problem.

Liked: We liked the Hostel staff because they were really nice and helpfull. They recommended some great bars and also some other interesting things to do in Budapest to us. We could also buy drinks at the hostel for a good and cheap price. The owner cooked for us for free one time. We of course got to know a lot of cool people there and would like to go to njoy hostel once again.

Liked: after traveling in several european countries and australia, i can honestly say this is the best hostel experience i've had thus far! the staff are so amazingly friendly and helpful. they really take an interest in you and giving you exactly the type of budapest experience YOU want, not what THEY think you should have. the owners also take a very personal interest in the hostel. they came to the hostel on saturday (and i guess they do this EVERY saturday) and cooked the guests an authentic hungarian meal! so delicious and so much fun! without question, this has to be the best hostel in budapest, and possibly the best in europe! and please say hello to andreas, oliver, and anna! best hostel staff ever!

Disliked: the one and only negative thing i can say about this hostel is there were only two bathrooms. so the morning wait time can be a bit long. but that was, honestly, the only negative!

Liked: I liked everything, The staff, the location, the instalations, it was one of the best hostels that I have alheady stayed. Hauptly the staff is very nice and friendly. You can count on them for everything you need, specially on Andreas, he is really nice. The atmosphere is also very comfortable, we feel yourself almost at home.

Liked: I strongly recommend this hostel. The staff is very fiendly and helfpful. It is clean and in the heart of the Pest side, you can go anywhere from here. The metro station is very near as well.

Liked: This place is AWESOME! Tha staff are great, the nightshift (Andreas? if I'm right) gave some very good recommendations where to go out to have a party. Btw: sorry for the inconvenience when I arrived back at the crack of dawn from the pub. P.S.: They got local beer at the hostel only for 1 €!!!! (it is not necessary to go out to be drunken ;) )

Liked: Great place, staff were really friendly, the private room was HUGE and really comfy bed. Doesn't look like much on the outside but inside its warm and homely and clean.

Disliked: My only thing was that there was only two bathrooms (which had the toilets in the bathroom) and even though it's a small hostel so not many people were staying there, it meant that you generally always had to wait for the toilet. That said, they were always clean and the water pressure was great!

Liked: The staff were outstanding!! Went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. Even offering hot wine and providing some tasty sparkling wine over the New Years celebrations!! It felt very personal with a lot of individual care given by staff and a homelike feel.

Disliked: There weren't enough toilets really for the 14 or so people staying there (two big bathrooms, well equipped and spa-style). But this provided some time for socialising - meeting in the toilet queue and chatting to staff and other travellers.

Liked: Really friendly staff, a couple in particular go out of their way for you. Nice living room and kitchen to relax in. Close to metro, and shopping area, and river.

Disliked: Really vague directions.Would LOVE milk for tea and coffee.Didn t like the room being used as a clothes drying space, and corridor, people often looked in,so no privacy at all.
