About Njoy Budapest Hostel & Apartment

We opened in 2010 May and had the most amaizing time since then running this hostel. We're extremely proud of our achievements and that we could share a great time with all the guests visiting us so far.

Arrive even by train, airplane or bus, you will find easily “Astoria” metro station which is in the very downtown. Walk 200 meters from there, and you will reach the hostel on the 1st floor of a traditional Hungarian building.
Our staff is experienced and is happy to help you to discover the most of Budapest. We have 24 hour open reception, so if you have any questions or problems our receptionists are there for you all day all night. Get great tips about the best places you should visit and where the locals would go. Spend a unique holiday in the pulsing heart of the city, eat with a discount in the nearest restaurants, and get home just in time to take part in our fun evening programs, like learning how to cook "Lángos" - a traditional hungarian dish.
Forget all the bunk beds, the crowded 12 bed dormitories, the cold showers and the hot plates. Our sunny, colourful rooms custom designed attics ensure your privacy and being together at the same time. You will be able to refresh yourself in our brand-new bathrooms and have a cup of hot coffee or tea in our fully equipped kitchen to get ready for your adventures while discovering the city. And when you get home after a day of fun, your comfortable bed and all the amenities of Njoy are waiting for you.

We also offer a wild range of programmes with tickets available on the reception: go caving on a rainy day or just simply steam your body in one of Budapest's bath to cure your hangover (certified tips from our guests!).
Our hostel also provides traditional hungarian meal in the hostel's kitchen on prearranged evenings as well as private walking tour, and pub crawl now to make our guests experience even more fantastic. Enjoy the famous nightlife of the district with various pubs, discos, nightclubs and underground places.

We are able to receive group bookings for special discounts and during last summer we've opened our Apartment in the same building which can accomodate 6 people with privacy and all the equipments that are necessary for a comfortable stay.

Accommodation Information

We have all together 20 beds in the hostel with a variety of mixed dorms. Our double room offers almost as much comfort as you can get in a hotel. The room has a mini-fridge, a televison with cabel tv channels and dvd player.

All the rooms have secure, free lockers, and comfy beds (no bunk beds!) With sheets and bedding provided for you.
We have computers with free internet in the whole area of the hostel, so you can chat with your friends even from your bed. We also provide laundry service, free towels, hairdryer, hair straightener and ironing machine with ironing board.

In our spacious and fully equipped kitchen you can drink as much coffee or tee as much you want to during the whole day or you can make your own dinner. You will also find some basic ingreedients, and can have a nice chat with our other guest during the free all you can eat buffet breakfast.

Whether your stay is for business or pleasure, our apartment will create a sense of relaxation as if you were in your own home.

The apartment is individually styled and decorated. Clean, comfortable and modern. Very well equipped; offering dining area -with coffee machine, hot plate and microwave owen, fridge, bathroom, with laundry facilities, as well as access to free Wi-Fi. Our apartment is an affordable alternative comparing to hotel style accommodation.

Njoy Budapest hostel is in the very downtown, walking distance from the most important places.
200 meters from "Astoria" metro station and easy access to eighter the main railwaystation or the aiport.

In five minutes you can reach:

The district is full with pubs, restaurants, non-stop shops and places to hang out; the only problem will be how to select.
