Liked: 1. Very friendly and helpful staff.2. Super location - if you don't want to drive in Budapest. No crowd, no noise. Very close to tram stop and then... communication in Budapest is easy.

Liked: Really nice hostel run by really nice people. Clean, safe, fun, near the tram stop. Everything going for it.

Liked: The place would pass all tests with flying colours. Ideally located halfway between the city centre and the romantic forests of Buda -mountains, it takes only a short tram- journey (around 20 minutes) either to get in town or out of it. The staff are top notch, and the guests were great fun too. What I liked most? When I said to the owner (Peter, an absolutely top fela) that I was planning to cook a goulash in the garden, he asked me if I could do it for more than one or two persons, as luckily there was an end of season- party at the very same day. I said, ok, no problem. He payed for all the ingredients, I cooked the goulash of my life, the staff helped with the preparations and did the washing up, the Hostel didn't let me pay for my drinks for my remaining days there. Peter even helped me out with the taxi fare to the airport as I was short of currency :)You must try the place to know what I mean. Just look at the design on those pictures !

Liked: We arrived at the hostel to be greeted by friendly staff and a cool beer. They talked us through the map in detail and told us everywhere to go in the day, evening and on a night out. The rooms were really clean and spacious with good views (lol). We ended up having the room to ourselves for 2/3 nights which was luxury! There were plenty of people to meet and chat to, and we ended up going out most nights. The internet was free (bonus!). The bathrooms were really clean too. There was a garden area which was nice to sit in. There was a dog - I'm not sure if this is a positive or negative, but it made it feel homely.
