A great place just to chill out and relax. Not a party hostel or great place to meet people but there are heaps of places around to go out if you want. Otherwise it has everything...kitchen, free breakfast, free internet, laundry, VERY clean, great hot showers and comfy beds. TV and dvds if you want. Staff are FANTASTIC. Closest train station is Kelleti. About a 20 minute walk. Stay here for a very comfortable stay.

it´s more than a hostel, more like a friend´s flat :)
the staffs there are so helpful, and you could always find sincere smiles on their faces. cozy, relaxing atmosphere, recommend to every travellers esp who travel alone, Mandragora is just the right place where can really warm you up :)

It had a lot of character and everyone was really nice. It was also a really great value because it offered free internet, sheets were included, breakfast (though small) was nice, and there were a lot of little extras which made it very pleasant.

Had a bit of charm, a bit of character. Fairly small, only max capacity of 20 people or so. So don't expect to meet lots of people and parties. A little more intimate. Hostel staff were fantastic. One girl was a arts university student gave me so much information about sights to see, bars, restaurants, etc.

Brilliant place to stay! Very friendly and helpful. Met some great people who we drunk bottles of wine with walking along the Daube at night. Comfy beds. Its cosy and warm. YAY!

It was really laid back, relaxing and chilled out. Staff were really helpful all the time and were fun. Really nicely decorated and done up and in a really good location!

Friendly helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere, this place feels like a home from home. The only drawback for me was that the private double room is located off the kitchen/dining area and you can hear absolutely everything... so even though people are not being particularly noisy, it is difficult to sleep before everyone else does... or sleep in past the 8am breakfast time. Other than that it was great, thanks
