Liked: Nice place, great help from the staff. Not the best location, but it's a good place to start off a tour up to the Buda Castle, and across the river to the park, then down through the Oktagon and the Opera on your way back.

Liked: When me and my friends arrived we were a bit worried, but this hostel turned out to be a nice surprise.The location is very good. Payment is cash only, but they will tell you that you can pay the next day.Kitchen has everything you need (including a small stove, napkins, toaster and all those details that you find in your own home but not all hostels provide). To be honest, I felt like I was in somebody's apartment, not in a hostel!Staff is friendly and helpful. For example, if you have to check out early (say 7am) they will give you breakfast, that's how familiar and homelike this place is.Free internet is always a plus.If you want privacy and comfort, this is not for you. But if you want a relaxed atmosphere and save money, then this is the right hostel for you!

Liked: Recommend, sheet is very comfortable and quite soft compare to other hostel sheet, I love it. Toilets are new and clean. Breakfast is a plus, not much but what do u expect. (toast, jam, chocolate paste, milk, three kinds of cereal). Free big locker. Common room (kitchen) is rather small without couch but for a kitchen it is good and not small.

Liked: Very nice, large apartment. Really good location, right between castle hill, old market and opera. Peaceful place to stay (at least at the apartments - don't know about the common hall) if you want to visit Budapest without others partying on top of your bunk at night.

Liked: First time I had stayed in a hostel so I was abit wourried about what it was gonna be like but I can say that I had an awesome stay. I went with 6 lads on a weekend away and the hostel was excellent. Colors is very secure as there is always someone on reception and you get given lockers next to your bed on arival. The facilities were always clean and the staff were helpful and a laugh. Good location and value for money wise you cant knock it. Would definatly go back. 10/10

Liked: The location is good to go to everywhere in town and is near to the main shopping street and Christmas market. The breakfast is very simple.

Liked: Best location, clean and nice, all the facilities, all this for the price of a lunch (value for money). I strongly recommend it.One thing could be changed in my opinion: the stuff should require an ID at check-in.

Liked: Budapest is still awsome! The hostel's location is probably the best in the city to reach everything. Richard is very helpful. I felt like home in the old style downtown flat.

Liked: We stayed in one of the apartments (we took one of two bedrooms). There was tons of room and everything you might need in the kitchen and even a washing machine. The only downside was that the bathrooms weren't very clean (and there were a few ants).
