The staff was very friendly. We stayed at a private room and there was no one else in the apartment, so it was more like a private apartment. The shower and toilet were clean. And I liked it that we had our own kitchen.

I especially liked the atmosphere - and the friendliness of the staff! They were helpful, supportive and just nice to talk to! It's easy to get in contact with people there - so all in all: really recommendable!

Friendily staff, really hepfull.... They really made you fell home and confortable. It was like to stay in a friend´s house!!!!! You can use internet when you want to..... If you need something they DO help you!!!

Well, the stuff were very friendly. However, we did not sleep at the "hostel", because we booked the private double. It was quite small, it could be cleaner, but the value for money was great. Be sure to take cash with you. Although you can pay the deposit by the card (you are required to do so when booking), there is no equipment to use your card at the hostel.

The free internet and location were great!! Unfortunately, of your train/plane left late in the day, there was no place to store your things all day after you checked out at 10 am.
