Liked: My group got a parking ticket on our car and we were planning on leaving Budapest that day. We went to the guys working at Astoria Hostel and told them our problem and they helped us solve it. They even sent me a confirmation email to say they had delivered the money for the ticket. Such friendly staff!

Disliked: It can be loud because the rooms are all connected to the common room.

Liked: breakfast,internet,staff,location was great easy to get everywhere..a lot of information about where to go and what to see

Liked: Perfect location and extremely helpful staff. If you stay in their private twin room you have access to good bathroms and everything you need kitchen-wise. Located in typical old town house.

Disliked: I didn't dislike anything.

Liked: Good location. Right on Red Subway line and walking distance to downtown part of Pest side.

Disliked: Lots of street noise at night--but this is understandable becaue you're in a big city and it is on a pretty buys intersection. Won't be a problem if you are from a large city, but if you have problems sleeping with sirens and street noise in the backround don't book one of the dorms that faces Astoria Square

Liked: Great location, friendly and cool staff, felt like a home'ish appartment, great kitchen & good bars close to the hostel.

Disliked: Not that easy to find.

Disliked: The reception is in a different building and looked really sketchy, but everything was good.

Liked: Location is great, staff is very reliable. Great place to spend a few nights.

Disliked: Bit noisy since it is right in the city centre.

Liked: The location was great! The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a good stay!

Disliked: It was a little loud at night because of the awesome location downtown, but nothing a couple of earplugs can't solve.

Liked: The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The hostel is converted apartments in a residential building but it is still an excellent location - close to many must see places and the metro.

Disliked: It could have more showers but they were still much cleaner and nicer than many other hostels

Liked: We stayed in a private triple, the room was spacious and had a fan...nice clean bathroom and kitchen. Helpful staff and central location!

Disliked: There wasnt really anything to dislike, the hostel was very basic (thin mattresses...you have to put the sheets on your bed etc) but for the price and location it's a decent place to stay.

Liked: The hostel is in the center, well-equipped. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. Everything was great all together!
