Liked: I loved the homely feel in the hostel. The layout made it v friendly and sociable which was v enjoyable - meeting other travellers etc. And it was in a great location.

Disliked: Nothing really, it was slightly outdated decor etc but that's all, and it didn't really matter as Budapest is so beautiful!

Liked: Cozy environment. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Dorms are next to the main road, quite noisy at night.

Liked: front desk staff was awesome, good tips on sightseeing etc.

Disliked: the private rooms were down the street in a different builiding so to talk to the front desk or use the computer we had to walk back to the other builing and get buzzed in.

Liked: Clean, good facilities, very helpful staff

Disliked: It may just have been the particular people in on the night, but it was very much a loud drink focused atmosphere, which although on all the hostel signs said was discouraged did not appear to be by the staff. However, the drunken types all went out for the night were quiet when they came in. Lots of noise in the front dorms from the road and from the bar downstairs. Very much a party hostel, if that's your thing.

Liked: Very clean

Disliked: Bad atmosphere and unfriendly service. There were only two toilets for 20 people, and those rooms doubled as shower rooms. Specifically we asked for suggestions about where to go for the night life, and the receptionist couldn't reccomend any bars or places to go. I also asked him to call a cab in the morning to the train station, and he told us to take the metro.

Liked: The location was amazing. Right outside the hostel was a bus tour stop. And there were many places you could walk to like the Vacti Utca, where there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The kitchen was great!

Disliked: There was only one toilet and shower room for the whole floor. There was four rooms so it was a bit annoying in the morning.

Disliked: only two shower together with toilets (toilet and shower are combined, but it's clean) need to wait in the morning for the toilets

Liked: Location was amazing! Security was very good. Hostel was clean.

Disliked: Staff not very friendly, common area not very sociable and only 1 bathroom for all private rooms on our floor to share.

Liked: Zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, sehr sicher, gut eingerichtete Küche zum selber Kochen

Disliked: 1 Spannbettlaken für 2 Betten,keine Klimaanlage und unerträglich heiß im zimmer, recht laut

Liked: Good location, friendly staff.

Disliked: When we arrived they didnžt have our room, beacuase someone at the hostel had made a mistake and lost our reservation.. We did get a room for two nights, and then we had to move to another room for the last night.. Thez told os that the guy responsible for the mixup had been fired, because it wasnt the first time this has happened..

Liked: They gave us a private room instead of the dormitory that was full. I've just had a look to the dormitory in the main entrance at 3rd floor, and I didn't like. However, private room and dormitories in the 2nd floor were great. Also the kitchen and the bathroom were nice and clean.

Disliked: Dormitory in the main entrance at 3rd floor. Main "hall" not so nice

Liked: It was so next to every place I wanted to go, subway, tram and places to buy things from water to needles. Staf was so helpfull and nice, speciallz Zoly (sorry if i write wrong..) and Lazlo who always tried to find answer to my questions. Tks.

Disliked: Nothing was wrong. it was a good place to rest and be good to walk for the city next day.

Liked: It's staff, professional, friendly, very helpful. That Eastern European charm.... a little rougher than West, but homier and more pleasant.

Disliked: nada. I can't find anything to complain about.

Liked: Staff were helpful and showed us the best places. Free internet and free breakfast that I wasn't expecting. Very cheap, so good value.

Disliked: The building itself was a bit ominous.. Wasn't a particularly jovial atmosphere, but good value for money definitely.
