 cozy, clean, good location and kind staff

The hostel was located literally ten steps from the Metro station so carrying our heavy backpacks wasn't difficult. The hostel wasn't busy and we had booked a private room (which is on the floor below the one with the dorms) and we ended up having the entire floor to ourselves, which was nice.

Astoria is a beautifully set out hostel with plenty of room so much so that it a 6 bed dorm feels like you have your own room. The staff are extremely helpful and informative.

The staff was really helpful when we had some serious problems, they were with us at every step. I really thank them.

the owner is very accomodating, friendly, and just an all around cool guy. the place is extremely relaxed, yet you don't feel like you or your belongings are at risk. it's pretty small, but it makes for an easier time getting to know the other guests.

Quite large private rooms for such low price (not just bed and nothing else), very equipped kitchen, very clean toilets and showers. Just nice place to be. Although its on pretty rush street, when the window is closed, no big noises during night.

Stayed in doubles which was clean, safe, had good kitchen and very large rooms. Lack of internet, tv and a common room in the doubles area reduced value for money, but other than it was a good location (but a bit hard to find initially).

very clean hostel in a very convenient location. With good pugging nobody disturbed us. We would prefer more dark courtains becouse was plenty of daylight from the early of the morning. Generally was very good choice, much better that we could imagine!...hey guys we'll be back on june ;-)
