Liked: I LOVE the Astoria Hostel! Besides the great location and cleanliness, the staff and guests are AWESOME!!! The staff are like friends. They cooked Hungarian food for the guests and were very helpful and social. There is a kitchen to help save money, and a beautiful tree filled back yard!!! I don't want to leave!

Liked: Really good location! Staff is very friendly, I stayed here for two nights and they offered free dinner both nights! :) It's a cosy place where you get the feeling of visiting a friend :)

Liked: good location in the historic centre and 2 minutes walk from metro station

Disliked: very small lable with the name of the hostel and therefore not easy to find this property

Liked: Cheap hostel in the very downtown of Budapest, everything within 5 minuits walk. Cleanliness is not a question. Staff was very helpful.

Disliked: I would see more pictures on the wall...

Liked: What I loved the most about this place is the friendly athmosphere, the cool design and cosy furnitures.

Disliked: Actually I pretty much liked everything.

Liked: El sitio es bastante viejo, pero lo importante es que es limpio y que no hay problemas ni de ruidos, ni olores. Los baños estan bien cuidados. En general la verdad es que el sitio merece la pena. Y tambien es importante que está muy centrico.

Disliked: Quiza las vistas desde algunos cuartos que dan a un jardin donde la gente echa las basuras que quieren. Y lo viejo del edificio por dentro.

Liked: Location in the centre of the city, services, helpful staff, possibility to leave the baggage in the hostel even we were checked out, calm night without hearing the noises of the city, clean bedroom and bathroom, internet connection, room located in nice historical building.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: EVERYTHING :) staff is awesome very helpful, knows the city, the good spots. The kitchen is reallly nice too, and the diner room with the computers makes it easy to meet people. The location is amazing too, near from everything and from the underground station (30seconds walking). Really clean, free computers with internet, basic breaksfat but still there is free breakfast :)

Disliked: The bed are not that comfy, but the hostel is way too nice to care about it, still can sleep easily! And the hostel is hard to find :P

Liked: The location of the Astoria is great, right in the Jewish quarter, a good place to go out. Moreover, the rooms are evry clean as is the kitchen which also is huge (at least in the private room's flat) and invites to have a drink there. The bed sheets and linen are, well, say, they leave some space to improvement...

Disliked: Well, the location also bears the issue that it's incredibly loud (@ Rakoczi ut), thus it's difficult to leave open the windows by night unless you're incredibly drunk.

Liked: Location was great

Disliked: It was a bit on the sketchy side. Some guy just randomly walked into my room by accident. The door lock didnt seem very secure. And the mattress gave me a horrible back ache

Liked: The location is very central. The private room apartment has a shared kitchen with a balcony that looks into a garden.

Disliked: The bathroom door scrapes on the ground so that you wake the whole apartment when you get up to pee in the middle of the night.

Liked: I liked the central location and that we had clean bed sheets.

Disliked: It looks better in the pictures but when you are there the place is a little crowded and we couldn't lock our room,they don't give you a key for that. The "all you can eat breakfast" is really poor, disappointing.
